With sudo Travis will use different build system (AFAIR - real VM,
probably KVM/qemu, instead of LXC/docker containers). I'm not looking for
workaround how to build runit in travis - they've whitelisted runit apt
package some time ago, so now it's ease to install it without manual
compilation at all. I was asking about reason to fail build in container
environment - if there is a good one then it's ok, but if there are no
good reasons for this, then probably this issue should be fixed.
