How to set TMPDIR environment for user in s6-rc?

Hello,

Whatever I do, I get all other environment variables in Emacs, but not
the TMPDIR.

I get MAILDIR for example but not TMPDIR.

Is TMPDIR for some reason deleted?

Jean
