I don't think it's a similar problem. It's just that execline can't
find its external dependencies with the default settings because you
installed skalibs in a non-default location. Patrick's problem was a
missing intra-package dependency with -j2... and I see no reason why
that would happen, the dependency is expressed.

If you're installing skalibs in a non-default location, the "right"
way to proceed is to use --with-include and --with-lib when you
configure other packages.
