  skalibs-2.3.6.0 is out.

  A couple bugfixes (including a possible crash in socket_local46)
and a new openreadnclose_nb() function.

  A new configure option, --shebangdir, to specify the absolute
path to the execlineb binary for use in shebang lines in execline
scripts.
