Compiling execline with package convention on ubuntu 17.04

I am not familiar with Makefiles nor c, so this might be a stupid error:
I did run these commands on ubuntu 17.04:

~/skalibs-$ ./configure --enable-slashpackage=/usr/local/ &&
make && make install #everything works fine, I had to manually create
the directory /usr/local/packages/prog/skalibs containing the symlink
~/skalibs-$ cd ../execline-
~/execline-$ make

# I get these errors:
