Yes, but to be extra clear and to avoid any confusion: your statement
is accurate only as far as it pertains specifically to skarnet
packages, libraries and build scripts. And this point is kinda moot
anyway now that Laurent has made corrective changes upstream.

When it comes to the broader GNU/ELF universe, all bets are off and
anything is possible. Using shared libraries or plugins and dynamic
linking is no guarantee that a process will not get an executable
stack. Please refer to the resources I previously linked to throughout
this thread (blog post, Ubuntu and Gentoo wiki articles) if you want
to get the bigger picture.
