Update on this: can't reproduce my old results. Maybe there was unrelated
high load when I tested, no idea. Right now in the TaskWarrior stuff, for no
updates case, I'm getting 100ms from start to end of the sync process,
which includes the TLS negotiation. Made simpler tests with time and the
client program.
