It's inconvenient. While I understand the benefits of a stable
timestamp format, they're more theoretical than practical in my
experience; logs with ISO8601 (or similar) names haven't caused me
problems but are very convenient.

The real showstopper is working with a rapidly expanding team, though.
So far everyone I work with has found the filenames baffling and it
has even made log-diving during issues/outages more difficult.
